To those who don’t know, pea protein is a complete protein, which means you don’t have to pair it with anything else to get the benefits of the protein—a major +1 for this milk.

The milk was medium creamy, not too watery, not too thick. Mixing the milk into my coffee left tiny little specs, however, they did not bother me. The froth was stunning. Silkiest and thickest froth yet, which was fun to drink, scoop, and dollop. The barista version includes some added sugar which makes it slightly sweeter.

On top of the nutrient profile, I usually opt for the unsweetened variant of Ripple, which is currently my staple. Instead of Oatly, I will now switch to using .. It has more protein per serving

I like the creamy side of milk. I dislike the cow taste of it. Ripple tastes mildly like cow. The foam is thick and is average in the creamy department. It has the most protein content (6g/serving). I can see myself using this in smoothies more than in my coffee, mostly to mask the cow. 🙂

I just learned that protein is flavorless. Ripple extracts the protein from peas, leaving behind everything else that makes up the taste of peas. They call this base Ripptein—the purest and cleanest tasting non-dairy milk in the world.
